*Virus awareness and prevention

Here at Ms. Monroe's Massage your health and safety are valued. Covid 19 and virus prevention precautions are taken. Everything is sanitized before, after and in between clients. Kea Monroe the one and only staff member will be masked during each massage session.

*Boundaries 

Healthy boundaries are enforced. Clients will always be drapped modestly through out massage. Parts of the body you do not consent to being touched will not be massaged.

*Communication

Keep an open line of communication between massage therapist and yourself. Kea will ask if pressure of massage is too much or too little. If unsatisfied or uncomfortable with anything related to the massage please speak up.

*Scheduling

When scheduling an appointment with "Ms. Monroe's Massage" you are agreeing to be honest about medical statuses, health history and massage tolerance levels. You are also agreeing to a deposit before appointment is officially scheduled. This deposit goes towards the service in which you have booked. Ms. Monroe's Massage does not hold debit/credit card information. The remainder of the balance for service is due at the end of appointment in person.

*Cancellation

Before your appointment you have 24 hours to reschedule or cancel . Last minute cancellations will result in a lose of deposit. There is a 10 minute grace period once appointment time begins. After 10 minutes after appointment time you will be cutting into your massage time. If client does not  arrive after 30 minutes into appointment time the entire appointment may be cancelled.
